TERRA WARRANTIES
Terra strives for our warranty programs to be non-discriminative void of loopholes or confusing language. We do not limit warranty to your site conditions, waste stream or require rotation of wheels. Additionally, our wheels may be moved to other sites or on to other compactors. We do not void warranty for compactors traveling to and from working face, or if your compactor is sold or traded to another waste facility. Terra will provide cleat loss to owner at no cost including freight, labor and welding during normal working hours needed to make warranty repair on all programs listed below.
Terra "Rolling Wire Guards" installed on wheels warranties inside cone, inner cylinder and bolt ring against wear failure as long as "RWG" is in place and maintained. The "RWG" itself must be periodically hardfaced or replacement kits installed to replace guard as it wears. Owner is responsible for all freight, taxes, wheel removal and installation for complete wheel set warranty repair/replacements. Terra will critique any warranty/service program to fit your needs and improve your bottom line. Listed below is a brief description of the current warranty programs available:
STANDARD FLAT RATE EXCHANGE WARRANTY
Terra warranties the cleats at 4.5" height for 4 year/lO,OOO hours by providing rebuilt/recleat exchange wheel replacements. Terra deducts total cleat credit amount ($60 each 7 inch cleat and $70 each 8 inch cleat) of total quantity of cleats from replacement swing exchange wheels price at time based on condition of returning cores. Warranty exchange is to complete and/or surpass the original set of wheels sold. All wheel body modification options are extra and repair kits can be used on "like" wheel body options at warranty replacement.
NO-FAULT REPLACEMENT WARRANTY PROTECTION
Converts standard warranty to a "No-Fault Swing Exchange" replacement/repair program. Wheels are repaired or replaced as originally purchased except for Terra "Rolling Wire Guards". Repair kit pricing of "RWG" may be charged at replacement if originally equipped and is repairable. In simple terms wheels are exchanged at specified warranty periods of 4.5" cleat heights for only the cost of freight/installation and rolling wire guard kit option if originally equipped.
MACHINE LIFE WARRANTY PROGRAM
Converts standard warranty to a no-fault swing exchange replacement/repair program for standard machine life of 10 years/25,000 hours (or any specified time requested by customer). Complete wheel sets are repaired/replaced at specified cleat heights as originally purchased including all wheel body modifications and "Rolling Wire Guards". Annual fees of are required to continue program through machine life and customer may terminate at any time. Options such as wheel ownership credits are also available for this warranty program.
STANDARD "TWIST-TORQUE" FLAT RATE EXCHANGE WARRANTY

Terra Compactor Wheel Corp. warrants Terra twist-torque through hardened cleats against failure due to cleat loss, premature wear, and material and workmanship defects. Warranty period terminates at the end of (4) four years following date of installation or 10,000 machine hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Warranty is unconditional in remedy as described until period has expired.
During the warranty period the following remedy will apply:
Cleat Loss: Terra will provide replacement cleats to owner at no cost including freight, labor, and welding during normal working hours needed to make warranty repair.
Cleat Wear: Terra twist-torque cleats are failed at 4.5” from wheel wrapper surface to cleat center. If cleat wears to this level during warranty period, Terra will provide swing exchange recleated or rebuilt wheel sets based on customer core condition. Cleat credits are deducted from the current wheel price list. Terra offers $60.00 for each cleat per set on 7” cleats and $70.00 on 8”mega cleats for flat rate warranty credit. Customer pays all freight, taxes, wheel removal and installation. (Credit is available cleat heights above 4.5”)
Wheel body/rolling guards: Standard Weld-on Rolling Guards are not covered against wear under the standard warranty. To extend life on guards, the upper edge and sides should be re-hardfaced periodically. Our new Oscillating rolling guards “are” covered for the same wear life option as stated above. Terra wheel bodies are protected against failure caused by wear for 4 years/10000 hours with any Rolling Wire Guard Options. Terra rebuilt and new wheel bodies with any patented offset cleat pattern carries a 2 year/5000 hours wear protection warranty to inner sidewalls and inner cylinder extensions.
100% Guarantee if not completely satisfied for any reason within 90 days, Terra will refund your purchase and return a usable core excluding freight charges and installation, which are not refundable.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies under this warranty are limited only to the provision of material as specified herein. Terra is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to downtime. Terra maintains the right to change product, literature or price without prior notice (except for exclusive price agreements).
Optional Terra No-Fault Replacement Warranty Protection: No-fault premium warranty is available over the standard flat-rate exchange warranty including same warranty period, cleat loss, premature wear and satisfaction policy as listed above. The no-fault turns standard cleat warranty listed above to unconditional swing replacement/repair program. Customer pays all freight and any add-on options. All repairs and component parts are supplied by Terra unless other arrangements are made by Terra with dealer, manufacturer, etc. No-Fault warranty is only available on Terra 8” Mega twist-torque cleats.
Terra will supply usable wheels when requested to minimize downtime in case of repairs for all customers.
STANDARD "STEEPLE" FLAT EXCHANGE WARRANTY

Warranty period terminates at the end of (4) four years following date of installation or 10,000 machine hours of operation, whichever occurs first. Warranty is unconditional in remedy as described until period has expired.

Cleat Wear: TTerra steeple cleats are failed at 4" from wheel wrapper surface to cleat center. If cleat wears to this level during warranty period, Terra will provide swing exchange recleated or rebuilt wheel sets based on customer core condition. Cleat credits are deducted from the current wheel exchange price list. Terra offers $35.00 each cleat per set on steeple cleats for flat rate warranty credit. Customer pays all freight, taxes, wheel removal and installation.
